1. Final Sale Policy

As the app provides instant access to digital calculations, data, and premium features, we do not offer refunds or credits for any partially used periods or accidental purchases under normal circumstances.

2. Accidental Purchases

Please note the following regarding such requests:

• Verification: Any refund request will undergo an intensive verification process to confirm the nature of the transaction.
• No Guarantee: Contacting support does not guarantee a refund. Decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Jataka development team.
• Third-Party Processing: Since payments are handled via the Google Play Store, we may also direct you to follow Google's official refund procedures.

3. Technical Issues

If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a feature you have paid for, our primary goal is to resolve the technical error. Please contact our support team with your transaction ID and a description of the issue so we can assist you in restoring your access.

4. Subscription Cancellations

If Jataka offers a subscription model, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time.
