The results generated by Jataka may differ from other software or manual calculations. By using the App, you acknowledge that these variations exist and that Jataka is not responsible for such discrepancies.

3. No Predictions or Interpretations

No Automated Predictions: Jataka does not provide ready-made, automated, or "fortune-telling" predictions. It is a calculation engine only.
User Responsibility: Any interpretations or predictions derived from the data provided by Jataka are the sole responsibility of the user or a professional astrologer.
No Professional Advice: The App does not offer medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Astrology should not be used as a substitute for professional consultation in these fields.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of Jataka be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Errors or omissions in calculations.
Decisions made by the user based on the data provided.
Any predictions made by human astrologers using the App's data.

The App may use third-party tools (such as Google Analytics or Ephemeris libraries). By using Jataka, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these third-party providers. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these external services.

You agree not to attempt to extract the source code of the App, translate the App into other languages, or make derivative versions. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developers of Jataka.
